Attention - Electronic invoicing for subjects with Italian VAT number

Starting from 1. 1. 2019, the Italian tax authorities will introduce a new law concerning electronic invoices. by e-labor @ Srls will send all VAT invoices and VAT credit notes dated, or after, 1. 1. 2019 through the Exchange System (SDI) of the Italian tax authority in XML-PA format .

The AWS VAT invoices and VAT credit notes will be available directly through the SDI. They will be the only documentation valid for accounting purposes.

Therefore, to receive the invoice, if you are a subject with an Italian VAT number, starting from 01.01.2019 you will need to necessarily send in the same email invoice request, your SDI code or alternatively your email address PEC. In the absence of this information, your purchase will be considered as a b2c purchase and no invoice will be issued to you but regular receipt.
